Selected participants will receive a complimentary provider-selected treatment as part of our clinical model program. This exclusive opportunity is intended for individuals comfortable having their treatment journey professionally documented through before-and-after photography and video for educational and marketing purposes.

Participation in the Founding Client Experience is limited to qualified new clients and is subject to provider approval. Complimentary treatments are offered as part of EllenBee Beauty & Wellness' clinical model program and are selected by the provider based on each participant's skin concerns, treatment goals, and clinical suitability.
Participants must consent to professional photography and/or video documentation before, during, and after treatment. Images and videos may be used by Vitamin Injection Store and EllenBee Beauty & Wellness for educational, promotional, advertising, website, print, and social media purposes. Personal identifying information will not be shared without additional written authorization.
Complimentary treatments have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for other services or products. Limit one Founding Client Experience per person. Additional restrictions or contraindications may apply based on medical history, skin condition, or provider discretion.
Participation does not guarantee eligibility for all treatments. The provider reserves the right to determine the most appropriate treatment, modify the treatment plan, or decline treatment if it is not clinically indicated or considered safe.
